Startaparat is an innovative communication company - the full circle creative and strategic unit - supporting startups and corporates in innovative communication solutions, organizational culture design, and digital transformation processes.

In Startaparat, we’ve disrupted traditional workflow, and rather embraced the challenging ways that the startup scene and the digital era brought. Implementing the mindset, we’ve learned to transform faster and to bring innovation into our work, enabling all market players – from startups to corporates – to move faster from idea concepts to effective solutions.

Combining extensive knowledge of digital business, new technologies, organizational culture, strategic thinking, and out-of-the-box creative solutions, we have grown an international network of highly skilled professionals. Our family is huge, cross-functional, and with decades of experience.

Startaparat is a founding partner of 1MillionStartups – the largest global startup platform, together with Selma Prodanovic, an active member of Startaparat’s board of directors.

The concept originated as a spin-off of one of the largest Austrian digital agencies – Netural (since 1998) and Croatian award-winning advertising agency Bruketa&Zinic&Grey (since 1996, acquired by WPP Group in 2017).
