It’s a delightful digital platform, here to lighten the load of busy parents and preschool teachers while nurturing the growth of our precious little ones.

 

The brand was fully cooked within the Startaparat family, where our teams in Zagreb, Vienna, and Dubai joined forces to create this inspiring brand from scratch. We seasoned it with a carefully crafted brand strategy, a dash of creative naming, a pinch of visual identity brief, a sprinkle of communication strategy, and a touch of launch action planning. 

The joy and charm of Okitoki start with its name. Remember those whimsical gibberish words we used to invent as kids? Okitoki channels that playful spirit, its catchy rhythm inspired by the multifaceted marvel of nature – the octopus. Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously with its eight arms, the octopus is a symbol of efficiency, just like Okitoki, that serves kindergarten administrators, teachers, parents, and children alike. The name not only brings a smile to your face but also adds a fun, direct note to communication, echoing phrases like ‘okie dokie’ and ‘walkie talkie’.

In collaboration with, Octopus Ink, a unique visual identity was designed to encapsulate the essence of Okitoki. Perfectly in tune with brand strategy, it captures Okitoki’s essence, seamlessly merging playfulness with sleek professionalism.

Now let’s talk about the slogan – “Grow Connected.” It’s like a warm embrace from Okitoki, communicating its commitment to fostering a nurturing environment that champions the holistic growth of children. It encapsulates the spirit of Okitoki, forming a modern ‘village’ for the child, where parents and preschool teachers join forces in shared respect and mutual support.

Okitoki is not just about connecting; it’s about creating connections that matter. It’s here to simplify things, making communication clear, direct, and meaningful. It opens up clutter-free channels for parents and educators, equipping them with user-friendly tools for hassle-free interaction. 

Above all, Okitoki aspires to be more than a platform, it aims to fulfil the emotional needs of its users, cultivating a sense of belonging and community.

None of the above would be possible without the brand strategy. The branding of Okitoki is thoughtfully built around three words: ‘Connect, Learn, and Grow.’ It’s the digital aide you’ve always wished for – providing tools, inspiration, and knowledge to support the blossoming of a child’s potential.
