We at Startaparat responded by creating a custom Executive Training program for Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. It focuses on the unique dynamics of their senior sales team. The objective: to equip them with the art of storytelling, enhancing their persuasive communication and overall effectiveness.

The training kicked off with ‘Storytelling That Moves People,’ a module hosted in Stockholm that focused on the power of compelling storytelling.
Under the guidance of Tanja Skoric and Helena Rosandic Sepic, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals’ top-tier sales team of 50 participants, learned to turn their key messages into engaging narratives to make a significant mark on both their teams and prospective clients, in one-day workshops.
They didn’t just immerse themselves in the theoretical aspects of storytelling, they actively engaged in ice-breaking activities and role-playing exercises that facilitated practical learning. Barsha Amin, a senior sales manager at Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, commended the transformative nature of the program, expressing, “The workshop surpassed our expectations.
