Our mission here was simple yet exciting – we had a brilliant bunch of business consultants to guide them through the nitty-gritty of the naming process, show them the ropes, and get their hands dirty with some fun collaborative exercises.

What was the objective? Well, we were all set to come up with a name for their brand-new global independent consultancy association.
Now, imagine this – a virtual meeting with some of the finest consultants from all corners of the globe, including Australia, the USA, Belgium, Italy, and Austria. And guess what? We were consulting the consultants on naming their new venture. Talk about a twist!
Our approach was all about teamwork. We planned four exercises that would let everyone participate while bringing their unique ideas to the table. The workshop was done via Zoom, ensuring everyone was actively involved.
The half-day workshop didn’t just start out of the blue. We had conducted a brand test and a detailed Deep Dive call with the team a few days prior. This prep work helped us understand exactly what the client needed and tailor the workshop to fit those needs like a glove.
During the workshop, we hit several key milestones:
- We got the founders and employees to brainstorm together, sparking off some amazing ideas.
- By working together, we unearthed some valuable internal insights.
- We came up with a bunch of potential names and naming directions.
This workshop was a bit like a litmus test, helping us understand how well the team understood their own brand, how they could translate their brand values into a future name, and whether their preferred names really reflected these values.
And what about the results? Well, let’s just say everything fell into place beautifully. The right people, the right moment, and voila – the name was co-created during the workshop itself.
Following the workshop, we ran the first legal checks. Our legal team handled all the trademark registration details and before we knew it, Both&Partners saw the light of day!”
